If we assume that the problem is caused by the corruption of a file or the hard drive, you should follow these simple steps to fix it:

1. Grab your Windows 10
2. Press the Windows key. This will prompt some options to display on your screen.
3. Type the following text in the search box: “cmd” (no quotation marks).
4. Once you have entered the text in the search box, you will need to right-click on the Command Prompt
5. Then, you’ll need to choose the Run as administration After doing this, you should be prompted to agree to get administrator permission.
6. Click on the yes option when prompted. The command window will then display.
7. Next, once the command window displays, type the following text into the command window: “chkdsk c: /f /r” (no quotation marks).
8. Once you have entered that text, making sure that you have done so correctly (so check as many times as necessary). Once you are satisfied that you entered the text correctly, hit the enter
9. You should then find the following text on the Command Prompt: “Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N).” Type “y” (no quotation marks). You will need to do this so that the check takes place next time your computer starts.
10. Then go ahead and restart your computer. While the computer is being restarted, Windows will check your hard disk and if it finds a problem, it will try to sort it out.
11. Wait until the computer restarts fully and when it does you should go back to step 2 but type in the following text: “sfc /scannow” (no quotation marks).
12. Press the enter.

Another possible fix would involve reinstalling the display drivers. If you’d like to try this out, then you should follow these steps:

1. Grab your Windows 10
2. Press the following keys simultaneously: Windows key + R. This action will prompt a run dialog box to display on your screen.
3. Once the run dialog box displays, type the following text: “devmgmt.msc” (no quotation marks).
4. Click on the OK This will open the device manager.
5. Once the device manager is open, you should click on the magnifying glass in the top bar. The magnifying glass is the icon for scan for hardware changes.
