Logitech F540 Drivers & Software, Setup, Manual Support. The Logitech Gaming Software application is amazing. You have many customization options for your sound quality thanks to good EQ, but you can also control your microphone, apply effects, and activate surround sound. You can also activate the G Pro X Blue Voice feature, which gives you customization options for your microphone too. This application is easy to navigate and is one of the best gaming software.
Logitech F540 features a gray plastic lining with adjustable headbands. The weight of the headset is not very strong, so it won’t drop you after an extended gameplay session. Foam earcups provide some relief but aren’t as comfortable as the other headsets we’ve tested. In terms of special comfort, we found the F540 somewhere between an overly heavy Tritton offering and an ultra-comfy Turtle Beach headset.
Wireless base stations have connections for deep audio channels (3.5mm) and two RCA connections, maybe for audio for Xbox and PS3. This is how I connect it, to TV out. That way, I can use the headset for anything that is routed through the TV (which is a fairly new LCD TV with good sound.) The mini-USB charger is connected to the front of the base station, then to the headset. I find this a bit strange, that the USB is in front. I like my cable on the back.
