Razer Blade 15″ Mid 2019. The keyboard is the same, so if you don’t like it before, rendering the Advanced Model won’t change your mind. Fortunately, even though it is shallower than the Triton 500 keyboard, a 1mm trip is a big step up from the Butterfly button that I know and hate. In the classic form, the touchpad on the Razer Blade 15 is quite large, not to mention soft to the touch. In fact, that is the closest thing to the Apple Force Touch trackpad I’ve ever experienced in Windows Lappy. Even though I still prefer my MacBook Air for basic navigation tasks while traveling, pressing the Razer Blade 15 touchpad does not produce a loud click. Instead, it is somewhat muted and is generally more comfortable than the clamshell gaming rig that I use.
The Razer Blade Stealth Advanced Model won’t solve all my problems, because it doesn’t run MacOS and it can’t be upgraded like the Alienware-51m Region. But that does not entertain the idea of a stylish, thin and light notebook that is competent enough to replace my gaming desktop and the existing weapon of choice. And the battery’s durability doesn’t make it even more powerful.
