Unlike satellite speakers, the sound from the subwoofer is mostly omnidirectional, and you have some flexibility where it can be placed. Each listening environment is slightly different, so you feel free to play with the placement of your subwoofer. Try several different locations and see which is best for your settings.

Without elaborating further, I would say that Synapse 3 has pros and cons, but once you overcome it, it’s not too difficult to use. As long as Nommo Pro is connected to a PC, you can modify the audio options for one of four system connections.
