Note. If you experience problems detecting the Razer Wildcat controller in Windows 7 after the driver installation, please do the following steps:

• Make sure the Razer Wildcat controller is connected via a USB cable to a Windows PC.
• Launch Windows Control Panel through the Start menu.
• In Control Panel, click on the “Hardware and Sound” category and launch “Device Manager.”
• In Device Manager, right-click on the “Razer Wildcat for Xbox One” device in the “Other devices” category and select the “Software Driver Update …” option.
• In the “Update Driver Software” window, click the “Browse my computer for driver software” button.
• In the next window, click the “Let me choose from the list of device drivers on my computer” button.
• Select “Microsoft Xbox One Controller” and click the “Next” button.
• In the “Select device drivers that you want to install for this hardware” window, select “Xbox Gaming Devices” and click the “Next” button.
• On the “Update Driver Driver” warning pop-up, click the “Yes” button.
• The Razer Wildcat controller will appear as an “Xbox Gaming Device” in Device Manager in the “Microsoft Xbox One Controller” category.
